Benefits of Subhadra Yojana 2025:

The State government of Odisha will provide all qualified women with the following benefits under the Subhadra Yojana:

• Every eligible woman will receive ₹50,000 over 5 years.
• The money will be directly sent to their bank account using the DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) method.
• The amount will be given in two yearly installments of ₹5,000 each.
•  Raksha Bandhan and International Women’s Day will be much more significant because the payments will be credited on these holidays.
• For convenient access to cash, each beneficiary will be given a Subhadra Card, which is an ATM-cum-debit card.
• The scheme is aimed at helping women from economically weaker sections become more financially independent.

Eligibility Criteria For Subhadra Yojana 2025: 

To take the benefit of the Odisha Subhadra Yojana, women need to know the Eligibility criteria for the following scheme that is mentioned above: 

1. Must be a resident of Odisha.
2. For this scheme, the women’s age must be between 21 to 60 years based on their Aadhar Card. She should have been born between July 2, 1964, and July 1, 2003, for 2024–2025.
3. The program is available to women who hold SFSS (State Food Security Scheme) or NFSA (National Food Security Act) cards.
4. The women’s annual income must be below Rs 2.5 lakh to get the benefit of the scheme. 
5. Every woman’s Aadhar Card number should be linked to their bank account. 
6. Applicants must complete e-KYC verification to become more eligible for the scheme. 
7. Women belonging to SC, ST, and other backward classes should be given more preference. 
8. Unemployed Women or women who are self-employed can fill out the Subhadra Yojana Form.

Women who are not eligible to apply for the Scheme: 

• Women who get a government pension of ₹1,500 or more per month (₹18,000 or more annually).
• Women below 21 years or above 60 years of age as of July 1, 2024.
• Permanent or contract employees of the central or state government.
• Women already receiving any type of pension.
• Present or former Member of Parliament or State Assembly.
• Income taxpayers (self or family members).
• Any elected representatives in urban local bodies or Panchayati Raj (except ward members or councillors).
• Families owning:
  • More than 5 acres of irrigated land or
  • More than 10 acres of non-irrigated land.
  • Owners of four-wheelers, excluding
  • Tractors

  • Small commercial or goods vehicles
