The Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyaan (PMGDISHA) is a digital literacy programme undertaken by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. It intends to make six crores of people from rural areas digitally literate, eventually reaching 40% of rural houses.
