Benefits of Bandhkam Kamgar Yojana
- This scheme is also known by the names of Mazdoor Sahayata Yojana, Maharashtra Corona Sahayata Yojana, Maharashtra Nirman Shramik Yojana, Kamgar Kalyan Yojana etc.
- The benefit of the Maharashtra Bandhkam Kamgar Scheme will be given only to the construction workers of Maharashtra state.
- Under this scheme, the state government will provide financial assistance ranging from Rs 2000 to Rs 5000 to construction workers.
- This amount provided by the state government will be sent directly to the bank accounts of the eligible beneficiaries through benefit transfer mode.

Eligibility Criteria for Bandhkam Kamgar Yojana
- The applicant must be a native resident of the state of Maharashtra.
- The applicant’s age must be between 18 and 60 years.
- The applicant must have a bank account in his/her name.
- The benefits of the construction worker scheme will be given only to workers from the state of Maharashtra.
- Workers outside the state of Maharashtra will not be able to take advantage of this scheme.
- Must have worked as a construction worker for more than 90 days in the last 12 months.
- To avail of the benefits of the scheme, the beneficiary needs to register with the Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- The annual income of the family must be within 1 lakh.
- All benefits under this scheme apply only to the first two children of registered construction workers.
- If a construction worker is receiving the benefits of the Construction Worker Scheme under any scheme launched by the Central or State Government, then in such case, the worker will not be eligible to get the benefits of this scheme.
- Workers in other sectors than construction will not be given the benefit of this scheme.

- Step 2: After coming to the homepage, now you have to click on the Construction Worker: Registration option in the left corner.

- Step 3: After coming to the next page, you will see a popup message on your mobile, laptop, or computer screen. There you have to enter your district, Aadhaar number, and mobile number correctly and then click on the Proceed to Form option.

- Step 4: On the next page you have to fill in your details, home address, permanent address, family details, all the bank details where you work, and 90-day work certificate.
- Step 5: Finally, you have to upload all the documents and after ticking the declaration box, complete the application by clicking on the submit option.
- Note: For registration, a registration fee of Rs. 25/- (one time only) and a monthly subscription of Rs. 1/- for 5 years, i.e. Rs. 60/-, are required to be deposited.
How to apply offline for Bandhkam Kamgar Yojana?
To apply through offline mode follow the following procedure:
- First of all, you have to visit the mahabocw portal. After reaching the official website, the home page will open in front of you.
- On this home page, you will see the option of “Construction Workers Registration” below, on which you have to click.
- After clicking on the option, some important information related to the scheme will be displayed.
- Read this information carefully, and then you will see the option “Click on this link to download the Registration Form” below it, on which you have to click.
- After clicking on the option, the PDF of the application form will appear in front of you. You will have to download this form and take a printout of it.
- After taking the printout of the form, you have to fill in all the required details in the application form like name, address, date of birth, bank account details, mobile number, etc.
- After filling in all the information, you have to upload all your required documents.
- After this, you can submit this application form by going to the Maharashtra Building and Construction Workers Welfare Board Department, by which your offline application will be completed.
